Trash Service Details
- Frontier Waste will be providing automated trash & recycle services ONCE per week utilizing a 95-gallon cart
- Please have trash carts set out at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your service day
- Frontier will collect trash contained in Frontier-provided trash carts.
- Please set trash cart at the curb, 4 feet away from ANY objects, with the handle of the cart facing
your house and lid opening facing the street - Please bag all trash to help eliminate wind-blown debris in your community
- Only the waste in the provided Frontier Waste 95gal cart will be collected
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS – Please do not dispose of the following in your trash cart: chemicals, corrosive liquids or materials, flam- mable
liquids or materials, explosive liquids or materials, biomedical liquids or materials, or other toxic materials
***SHARPS: Please put needles used for insulin injections into a thick, hard plastic container to protect solid waste employees (ex:
laundry detergent container or sharps container)

Monday = trash (green toter)
Wednesday = recycle (Blue toter)
West Side of Union Street
Tuesday= trash (green toter)
Thursday = recycle (Blue toter)
Bulk Pickup
First Friday of each month
Requests must be made the Thursday prior by NOON, no exceptions.
No hazardous waste allowed. Max load is three cubic yards.

Bulky Items & Bagged Yard Waste
COLLECTION SCHEDULE FOR BULKY ITEMS & BAGGED YARD WASTE
Items collected once per month on THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH
SCHEDULING PROCEDURE:
Residents are REQUIRED to call city hall no later than 12:00pm on the previous
business day before collection, to schedule pickup
BULKY WASTE / BUNDLED ITEM COLLECTION GUIDELINES:
- Weight of Bulky Items: Individual Bulky items must light enough to be loaded into refuse vehicle by two men (under 50lbs)
- Residents are allowed to set out for collection – 3 yards of BULKY WASTE per month
- Residents can set out acceptable BULKY items that are no larger than 3 feet by 3 feet by 6 feet
- Please place smaller items in a container or box suitable for lifting items into refuse vehicle
- Please bundle items such as newspapers, old rugs or small sections of carpet
- Please bundle longer items such as fence pickets
- BAGGED YARD WASTE may be placed in your cart on your scheduled pickup day with the lid closed. Any overflow may be scheduled
for bulk pickup
ACCEPTABLE BULKY ITEMS INCLUDE:
- Furniture such as tables, sofas, chairs, lawn furniture
- Appliances such as washing machines, dryers, stoves, water heaters, etc..
- Misc. items including TV’s, large toys, extra bags
- Refrigerators/Freezers/AC Units: Items MUST be tagged with proof of freon removal by certified technician in order to collect
- Fence panels no larger than 4 feet by 6 feet in length
BULKLY ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED INCLUDE:
- No construction materials from remodeling projects—must call the City to get a quote on roll off container
- No dirt, bricks, rock, concrete, sand, or shingles
- Brush or large limbs
- No batteries, tires, pressurized tanks (ex: propane, helium, oxygen, acetylene)
- No oils of any kind, gas/diesel/fuel, paint, chemicals, solvents, other hazardous materials, etc..
UNUSUALACCUMULATIONS OF BULKY WASTE / REMODELING / CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS / RESIDENT MOVEOUT DEBRIS / BRUSH:
If you have a large amount of bulk waste, brush, or construction materials from a project, please contact the City of Whitesboro to receive an estimate for
delivery of a construction dumpster to accommodate your project.
