SAFETY is the core of our focus and Frontier takes safe operational practices very seriously. We intently train, re-train, monitor, and track all safety-related items such as:
- Medical Cards and valid CDLs for all drivers
- Random Drug Testing
- Hold bi-weekly safety meetings to review all incidents and conduct root cause analysis to help coach all team members and prevent future incidents
- Conduct monthly management meetings to review all reportable incidents and discuss root cause analysis

Frontier Waste App
This app allows municipal customers to schedule special collections for appliances, furniture, brush, and household hazardous waste. This also serves as a way to remind customers of collection times, changes to their route, and can easily be programmed for your cities custom schedule.
In addition, a Town Representative or Frontier Representative can:
- Input an issue/event into the system and TracEz automatically notifies the designated group of recipients.
- When the event is opened by a Frontier representative, it’s time-stamped so the town can see when the issue has been acknowledged.
- When Frontier has solved the problem, they can mark the issue as “resolved” and all recipients will be notified.
Customer service GPS tracking
Frontier’s GPS fleet tracking allows our team to monitor route status, monitor vehicle speeds, and driver behavior. This allows our management team to consistently evaluate our team and ensure safe and timely service is provided.
Trac Ez is a simple web-based customer service-tracking program that gives both drivers and clients accelerated communication advantages. For example, drivers can take pictures of blocked carts/containers or excess waste and it will geocode the location of the event and place it in a centralized tracking system that is monitored by Frontier CSR personnel and is accessible by the Town.

We guarantee consistency and reliability
Owners, managers, supervisors, and employees work together to accomplish the goal of meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Our service crews are trained to start their routes at the same time each week and to run the route the same way every week. Being on our team at Frontier requires all employees to be consistent, safe, and dependable.
An effective chain of command
Office employees are empowered to make decisions to resolve customer complaints immediately. Frontier drivers are trained to return and resolve these matters regardless of the reason.

- Toll-free number that will be placed on every cart and dumpster in town

Maintenance personnel is trained to perform preventive maintenance on vehicles to achieve service goals. Operations and maintenance personnel work together to achieve the goal of having a “well-oiled machine” to provide excellent service.
Same day service
We respond to all service inquiries and complaints immediately. Generally, we can resolve complaints on the same day they are received. We believe that regardless of the reason for a report of a missed collection (late set-out, driver oversight, etc.), it needs to be picked up on the day scheduled. We make every effort to accomplish this goal.
Frontier has twelve customer service representatives. The team is led by our office manager who ensures calls and emails are returned as quickly as possible. We also have Spanish-speaking customer service representatives. Our CSR team is trained and knowledgeable on each route and all of our municipal waste services.
