  • Propane/Helium Tanks

Unacceptable Waste:

  • Asbestos
  • Biological waste
  • Medicines and prescriptions
  • Commercial or business supplies
  • Unknown or unlabelled materials
  • Incandescent light bulbs
  • Liquid mercury
  • Raidoactive items
  • Leaking or empty containers
  • Constructions-related materials
  • Improperly packaged items

Acceptable Waste:

  • Limit of three (3) cubic yards maximum bulk waste (comparable to approximately three standard front load washing machines)
  • White goods, including washers/dryers/refrigerators/freezers (Note: appliances must have freon removed and be tagged by licensed contractor prior to placing on curb for collection)
  • Small furniture, mattresses
  • Brush tied in bundles. Cannot exceed 4 ft in length or 4 inches in diameter.
  • All grass clippings must be placed in bags

Unacceptable Waste:

  • Waste classified as Hazardous or Special Waste which may violate or endanger nay person, party, permit, condition, legal or regulatory requirement or facilities, or present a danger to the health or safety of the public or employees.
  • These include, but no limited to:
  • Construction and demolition debris
  • Household Hazardous waste
  • Medical waste
  • Rocks, dirt, concrete
  • Tires
