*The price of a dumpster rental in Crowley, TX, is based on size, material, time, and distance within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

The Handbook of Texas puts Crowley at the crossing of FM 1187 and FM 731, fifteen miles south of downtown Fort Worth. The City’s hauler contract covers homes, and its trash page leaves commercial customers to pick their own provider. That’s our lane in town: scheduled bins from 2 to 8 yards for storefronts, offices and kitchens, and roll-offs for builders, roofers and commercial job sites. Outside the city limits, homes and acreage can book any roll-off size we carry.

How a Frontier drop works

  1. 1

    Tell us the job

What’s going in the container, and where it has to sit.

  2. 2

    Get the right size

Heavy debris like shingles and concrete goes in a smaller box. Bulky junk goes in a bigger one.

  3. 3

    We set it down

On firm, level ground with a clear approach for the truck.

  4. 4

    Call when it’s full

We haul it away and handle the disposal.

A City credential, then the tear-off

Before a roofer or a demolition crew pulls a Crowley permit, the City wants them on file. Every contractor and subcontractor has to hold a City credential, backed by a certificate of liability insurance, before a permit is issued, and on roofs, the City’s permit guide waives the permit only for repairs of 50 square feet or less.

The City’s bulk truck won’t carry the debris off, either. Crowley’s bulk pickup, which under City guidelines effective June 30, 2025 runs twice a month and takes up to 2 cubic yards per set-out, refuses:

Building debris: contractor and construction waste, remodeling debris, lumber, plywood, drywall, carpet, tile and roofing.

Heavy fill: concrete, bricks, rocks and dirt.

Crew-cut brush: limbs and brush from a landscaping service or a tree-trimming company.

For that load, our 20-yard card calls out concrete, bricks and roofing, while big landscaping cleanups fall to the 40.

Hail south of town, a 64 mph gust at Spinks

NOAA’s Storm Events Database logs wind and hail all around Crowley. On the evening of June 26, 2022, the automated weather station at Fort Worth Spinks Airport, which NOAA places about a mile and a half south-southeast of the city, measured a 64 mph gust. Before dawn on March 8, 2025, NOAA recorded a photo of golf-ball-size hail roughly 1.4 miles south of Crowley, north of Burleson. That June 1, the database picked up a run of half-dollar and ping-pong-ball hail reports around town in under ten minutes. Roofers who book a string of jobs after a storm can set up roofing roll-offs for several jobs at once.

Bins for Crowley businesses and fourplexes

Crowley’s code puts a business’s trash on the business. Section 70-59 requires every commercial and industrial establishment in the city to use dumpsters or commercial bins big enough for its garbage, keep the lids closed, set the container on a hard, dust-free surface the City approves, and have it emptied at least once a week. Owners may haul it themselves or hire a private contractor, and the City’s trash page leaves the choice of provider to commercial customers.

Rental property follows the same path once a building reaches four units. Section 70-58 defines multifamily as a four-unit minimum and tells owners to supply the bins and contract for collection on their own. Our scheduled bins for multifamily owners come in the 2 to 8-yard sizes shown in the tabs above, and we can empty them up to six times weekly.

Four lanes proposed for FM 1187

Crowley keeps adding people. The Census Bureau’s Vintage 2025 estimate put the city at 20,954 on July 1, 2025, up from 18,070 in the 2020 Census. Almost all of them are Tarrant County residents: the North Central Texas Council of Governments, splitting its January 1, 2026 count by county, finds only 32 on the Johnson County side.

TxDOT brought its answer to a public hearing in Crowley on October 15, 2024: rebuild about 3.6 miles of FM 1187, Crowley Plover Road, from west of the Chisholm Trail Parkway to McCart Avenue, trading two lanes and a center turn lane for four lanes, a curbed median and a 10-foot shared-use path on each side. TxDOT’s written replies to the public point to “rapid development and growth in the study area.” The same farm road runs through Aledo, where we offer roll-offs on the Aledo end of FM 1187. Two cities in southeastern Tarrant County, Kennedale and Mansfield, already have Frontier as their official hauler; here’s Mansfield’s trash and bulk pickup schedule.

Crowley dumpster rental questions

Is every 76036 address inside Crowley?

No. The City's Free Dump Day page warns that a Crowley ZIP Code doesn't mean you live inside the city limits, and it sends anyone unsure to City Hall at 817-297-2201, where Utility Billing can check. The difference is large: the 2020 Census counted 31,589 people in the 76036 ZIP Code area and 18,070 in the city itself. Outside the limits, any of our roll-offs can come to your place; inside them, we work with businesses and contractors.

Where do Crowley residents take old paint and pool chemicals?

To Fort Worth, with a voucher. Under the City's agreement with Fort Worth, residents with a current water bill buy a voucher at the Community Development/Permits Office in City Hall and use it at Fort Worth's drop-off sites, which accept paint, solvents, pool chemicals, motor oil and batteries. The program's list says business and commercial waste isn't accepted. Keep them out of a roll-off, too: paint, pool chemicals, solvents and batteries all appear on Frontier's list of truck-fire risks.

Can the container sit in the street outside a Crowley job?

Plan on the driveway or the lot instead. Section 82-277 of the City code makes it illegal to place any obstruction in a right-of-way, and the code's definition of an obstruction covers equipment and structures in a street, sidewalk or alley. Under Section 82-279, the City can remove one and itemize the removal charges. The box goes down on hard, flat ground, and the truck needs 60 feet or more of approach plus 21 feet of headroom, so mention low limbs and wires when you call.
